3. Modern traditional business portrait

This may seem like a contradiction in terms, but it it literally a modern twist to the traditional portrait, where the subject is centred, looking directly at the photography with a neutral background.

4. Environmental Portrait

This may be taken in your place of work or somewhere similar. You may have aspects of that work place in the image, so for example a teacher with a classroom in the background.

 5. Editorial

A created posed and styled editorial type shot, where the industry based props and the environment are an important part of the shot. These take longer to plan and execute, so there will be fewer shots in a session.

6. A Basic headshot

High or low quality imagery can make or break your business.

We were commissioned by The Alternative Events Company http://www.thealternativeevents.co.uk  and Events Specialist Tru Powell for the corporate photography of the official opening of Guhring   http://www.guhring.co.uk in Birmingham, an engineering firm bringing skilled jobs to Birmingham.

AV and staging was provided by Saqi Roadshow http://www.saqiroadshow.com so the the factory was transformed into a classy event space. Corporate Photography in a factory was never so easy for us!

 

Locating the Event

Lensi will shoot the location where your event is happening if it is important to the event story. The Guhring factory was a main part of the story, so it was also important to also create quality imagery around this.

We worked with Walsall Housing Group on a Project to provide commercial business photography in Walsall for hoardings that were about to grace one of their local areas that were having new housing constructed.

We are all used to seeing the plain white hoardings, aren’t they a little boring? So we decided to bring a little interest to the boards that will protect the buildings site in the Goscote Area Regeneration, with Commercial Business Photography in Walsall by photographing local residents whose images would feature on each boards.

Photographs of local people!?? Yes!

Photographs of people who are well known in the area, people who great achievements, people who work in the area. We came up with something like this ….

Something bright vibrant and relevant to the area. Photographs of local people that everyone would recognise and be able to relate to.
